Service 03

The tool you need doesn't exist yet. Until now.

When no ready made product does what your team actually needs, I build it. Tailored to your processes. No bloat. No unnecessary complexity.

Software off the shelf is built for the average, not for you. The 20% you actually need is missing. The 80% you never use, you still pay for it, month after month.

Every workaround costs the company time. That adds up to hundreds of hours a year, for a tool that was never built for you.

Small apps for specific problems

Sometimes a small tool that does one thing well is enough. Depending on scope, we usually plan for roughly 4 to 6 weeks to a first usable version.

Not with a project manager who passes it on.

Not for 10,000 other companies at the same time.

You can run it yourself, extend it yourself, or hire someone else.

How an idea becomes a finished tool

01

You describe the bottleneck. I figure out what to build.

Most people come with an idea. I ask until we both know whether the idea is the right tool and what the minimum scope is that actually helps.

02

Scope, price, deadline. In writing before a line is built.

What's in and what's not, what it costs and when it goes live — written down. No silent additions, no nasty surprises.

03

First working version in week 2. You steer.

I don't build everything at once and then reveal the result. You see early whether the approach fits and can step in before too much is built.

04

You get the code. You belong to no one.

Code, documentation, walkthrough — everything is yours. You can run it yourself, extend it yourself, or hire someone else. No subscription, no dependency.

FAQ

"Can't we just solve this with an off-the-shelf tool?"

Often yes. I'll tell you honestly in the call if an existing tool fits better. Custom software makes sense when you regularly bend your process to fit a tool, need to connect multiple tools, or a standard CRM costs you more than it delivers.

"We don't have anyone in-house who knows about this stuff. Is that a problem?"

No. You just need to explain what your day-to-day looks like and what's frustrating. I handle the rest. And after handover you get a proper walkthrough, not documentation nobody reads.

"How do I make sure the result is actually what I wanted?"

You don't give feedback at the end — you give it throughout. First working version in week 2. No big reveal, no roulette.

"How long does a project realistically take?"

Depending on scope, 4 to 6 weeks to a first usable version. What kills the timeline: missing material, too many decision-makers, unclear requirements. If you know what you want, we are often done sooner.

Let's see if it's a fit

Describe the problem. I'll tell you if I can solve it.

30 minutes is enough to find out whether a custom tool makes sense for you.
